Shipping, Billing, and Returns

Shipping

We offer FREE Express shipping for orders $250 or more, and for orders under $250, charge a flat rate of $9.99 for Standard shipping or $16.99 for Express shipping. We ship from regional warehouses throughout the U.S. to expedite the shipping process and get you your order as soon as possible. Orders received by 4 p.m. on a business day in the time zone of delivery will generally ship the same day.

At this time, we can only accept orders from U.S. customers and can only ship to addresses in the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Billing

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. To ensure your payment information is protected, we process orders through the Yahoo! Stores checkout system and process payments using PayPal.  Credit card and debit card numbers are never viewable by our personnel or stored on our company's servers. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment for any reason, including because of suspicion of fraud (see below), product mispricing, and items out of stock.

Charges on your card or PayPal will made by our operating company, Suppliest Co. LLC, and will be reflected on your statement as a charge by "PAYPAL* SUPPLIEST CLOTHING".

**Anti-Fraud Policy:  To protect our customers, we take the threat of credit card fraud very seriously at SweatshirtWarehouse.com. In cases where fraud is suspected (for example, where billing information provided for a credit card does not match what is on file with the credit card company), we may notify you that the processing of your order has been delayed pending investigation. Additionally, we reserve the right to cooperate with the FBI and/or local law enforcement in relation to such suspected fraud, as well as pursue civil remedies against suspected perpetrators.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items if you notify us within 30 days of your order date.  We sell only first quality products—if any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 30 days of your order date so we can arrange for the items to be replaced. For priority processing of returns, please contact us at info@sweatshirtwarehouse.com.

We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. Once you notify us that you would like to make a return (please see our Contact Us page), we will provide you with a Return Authorization.

We are unable to accept undergarments (including socks) for return if they have been tried on or removed from their original packaging, as applicable.

Exemptions

Due to recent changes in tax law, online sellers are now required to collect sales tax in most states. The good news is that you may qualify to make tax-free purchases on our site if:

(1) you are buying items for a business to resell, either blank or that you will print on or embroider,

OR

(2) you are a government or non-profit entity that is exempt from sales tax.

We�fre happy to provide the necessary forms for you fill to out and answer any questions to help you get set up for tax-free purchases.
